* At 1157 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near James River
  Bridge, moving northeast at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  New Point Comfort, Latimer Shoal, Plantation Light, Thimble Shoals,
  Poquoson, Kiptopeke Concrete Ships, Dominion Pier, Hampton Roads
  Bridge Tunnel, Tue Marshes Light, York Spit Reef, Buoy 36a, Hampton
  River Inlet, Hampton Flats, Bluefish Rock, Fishermans Island, The
  Hump, Monitor Merrimack Bridge Tunnel, Willoughby Bay, Cabbage
  Patch, and Sewells Point.

  extending from Horseshoe Reef to 28 nm east of Edisto Buoy, moving
  east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Horseshoe Area, Horseshoe Reef, and Vermillion Reef.

* At 849 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 12 nm northeast of Blackwater Bay Bridge to near Big
  Lagoon, moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher
           waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make
           sure all on board are wearing life jackets.

* Locations impacted include...
  Panama City Beach, Laguna Beach, Sandestin, Miramar Beach, and
  Santa Rosa Beach.
