* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 kt with occasional gusts up to
35 kt and seas 8 to 11 feet.
* WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM ChST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A shear line remains across the region and
will continue to produce gusty showers and hazardous marine
conditions of 15 to 25 kt winds and seas of 8 to 11 feet through
tonight. Current guidance suggest these conditions will
improve Tuesday as the shear line weakens and the northerly swell
diminishes.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
