* IMPACTS...Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away
from shore into deeper water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Buoy data indicates seas capable of producing
surf up to 11 ft along east-facing reefs. Dangerous rip currents
can occur with surf of these heights throughout the rest of today.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Rip currents will be life threatening. If caught in a rip
current, relax and float. Don`t swim against the current. If
able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to
