LATE TUESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...South winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas
  7 to 12 ft possible.

* WHERE...Waters from Stonington ME to Port Clyde ME from 25 to
  60 NM, Waters from Port Clyde ME to Cape Elizabeth ME from 25
  to 60 NM and Waters from Cape Elizabeth ME to Merrimack River
  MA from 25 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.
