...FREEZE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO 9 AM PST FRIDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 33 will
  result in frost formation. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
  temperatures as low as 31 possible.

* WHERE...For the Frost Advisory, the immediate coast from
  southern Coos County to the northern portion of Douglas County.
  The Freeze watch is for an area extending just south of
  Charleston north to areas immediately around Coos Bay.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory and Freeze Watch, from 4 AM to 9
  AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. To prevent
freezing and possible bursting of outdoor water pipes they should
be wrapped, drained, or allowed to drip slowly. Those that have
in-ground sprinkler systems should drain them and cover above-
ground pipes to protect them from freezing.

  as low as 30 degrees expected. For the second Freeze Warning,
  sub- freezing temperatures as low as 27 degrees expected in
  the coldest rural locations. Minimum temperatures may be
  equally as cold early Sunday morning.

* WHERE...The Central and Southern San Joaquin Valley.
