  crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

  - At 1112 PM EDT, emergency management reported that some roads
    across northeast Vinton County continue to be impacted by high
    water, particularly along Raccoon Creek. This includes State
    Route 677.

* WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
  remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to
  excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slow
  moving or standing water. It will take several hours for all the
  water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in
  urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 457 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding
    is already occurring in Central and southern Avoyelles
    Parish. Between 14 and 28 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is

    Bunkie, Simmesport, Moreauville, Bordelonville, Cottonport,
