...COASTAL FLOOD STATEMENT IN EFFECT FOR ALL HAWAIIAN ISLANDS...
.The Coastal Flood Statement has been extended through Tuesday
morning, as peak monthly tides coincide with much higher than
predicted ocean levels. Expect minor flooding of low-lying coastal
infrastructure as well as some some beach erosion during peak
high tides through the morning hours again early Tuesday.

...COASTAL FLOOD STATEMENT NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH TUESDAY
MORNING...
* WHAT...Isolated minor coastal flooding.
* WHERE...Vulnerable low-lying coastal roadways, docks, boat ramps
and other coastal infrastructure of all islands.
* WHEN...Through Tuesday at and around the daily peak tides in
the early morning hours between midnight and sunrise.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of beaches that are normally dry, minor
coastal erosion, and saltwater inundation.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Avoid driving through flooded roadways. If you are forced to
drive through salt water, be sure to rinse your vehicle with
fresh water. Move electronics, vehicles or other valuables to
higher ground. Monitor vessels to ensure mooring lines don`t get
too tight and watch out for overwash around boat ramps. Secure
canoes or other watercraft stowed on beaches.
