Issued 9:30 AM NST 18 December 2025 Today Tonight and Friday At 9:30 a.m. NST today trough located on a line northwest-southeast
over eastern Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 a.m. NST Friday trough located southeast of Greenland.

At 4:00 a.m. NST Friday approaching ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:29 AM NST 18 December 2025 A trough of low pressure currently over the East Labrador Sea will
move to lie southeast of Greenland tonight. The trough will slowly
depart to the east on Friday. Strong to gale force northwesterlies
behind the trough will gradually diminish tonight into Friday as the
trough departs.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Lake Melville.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters.
