Did you know...?
Exposure to air pollution may cause healthy people to experience irritated eyes, increased mucus in the nose or throat, coughing or difficulty breathing, especially during exercise.
The AQHI is an initiative between Environment Canada, Health Canada, the Department of Environment and Climate Change, and the Department of Health and Community Services of Newfoundland and Labrador.
